Paw ambassadors and their pups love the dog friendly beach

    Steps to become a paw ambassador

    1.  Be willing and able to spend a minimum of 4 hrs a month walking the 0.6 mile dog-friendly beach area between Milsap Road and Rockefeller Drive in Ormond Beach. Clean up trash and clean up any dog feces that may be left behind.  You will be expected to fill out and share information you collect during the walk.  
    2. Review the ~1 hr training provided by Volusia County.  The links to view the training are below.  Review all parts.
    3. Submit VOLUNTEER PARTICIPATION WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY  and VOLUNTEER APPLICATION - ORMOND DOG BEACH
    4. Pick up your PAW AMBASSADOR shirt, cleanup bucket, disposable gloves and a bandana for your dog (if you have a dog).  
    5. HAVE FUN AND FEEL SATISFACTION KNOWING YOU ARE HELPING TO MAKE ORMOND DOG BEACH SUCCESSFUL.
